Crystal Henley is a state licensed and nationally certified massage therapist. She received her certificate at Elements of Wellness in St. Louis, completing the 800 Hour Massage Therapy Education Program for National certification, as compared to the 500 hour state requirement. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, and Reflexology. She is also knowledgeable in myofascial somatic release technique, cranial sacral technique and certified as a Reiki specialist.
Coming from a family oriented in health care, massage therapy was a natural choice for Crystal. She loves to help people, both with physical problems and stress relief. She works with her husband, Dr. Samuel Henley, DC as well as her mother-in-law, Dr. Christy Henley, DC. She is a Columbia native, growing up in Columbia and coming back to get her Bachelor of Arts at Mizzou.
